With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (serving Oregon and Texas), I combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with mindfulness, meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy. My approach is holistic and tailored to you—because no two recovery journeys are the same.
